Programme Information Prospective customers receive information on Academic Programmes and the General Military Training (LKU) before semester begins.
Learning, Training and Advisory Service A conducive learning and teaching environment. The Academic Programmes fulfils the credit requirements approved by UPNM Senate. LKU is implemented based on a planned procedure prepared with the help of the academic and military advisory service provided by a qualified Academic Advisor and Counsellor.
Security and Secrecy Customers’ personal information, academic information and military training will be managed securely based on the Military Correspondence method found in the Guide on Regulations of Armed Forces Staff (T100).
Awards and Recognition Operational Customers who have fulfilled the Academic Programme pass requirement and have been verified by UPNM Senate can be awarded with a Bachelor degree in the field registered. Those who have been awarded with a Bachelor degree and passed all military training are qualified to be commissioned as Junior Officer in the Malaysian Armed Forces or ATM. The commission enforcement date will be on the last day of final examination results verified by the Senate or LKU subject results verification by No. 3 ATM Board.
Customer Complain Customer complaint which is not subject to any third party will be solved in less than seven (7) working days from the verified date of the complaint received.
