Managing the appointments and trainings of assistant examination invigilators.
Managing the appointments of Heads of Examination Invigilators and examination invigilators.
Managing the examination venues and materials/tools.
Coordinating the collection and distribution of examination answer scripts.
Coordinating data input of examination marks and examination results notification.
Managing all course remarking appeal and continuing studies appeals.
Preparing the list of undergraduates qualified to be awarded Bachelor Degrees.
Acting as the Convocation committee and preparing the list of graduates.

Planning the purchase of goods and equipment for the Academic Management Division
Coordinating records and procedure management in the Academic Management Division in line with quality standarts.
Preparing the summary of the Senate/Planning Committee and Academic Development proposal papers.
Preparing the minutes of the Senate/Planning Committee and Academic Development meetings and taking action on all the decisions made in the meetings.
Updating the Senate/Planning Committee and Academic Development reports/books.
Coordinating the appointment of external examiners for the academic programmes in UPNM.
