All Faculty citizens should possess solid accountability in performing their duties and responsibilities entrusted to them based on the Faculty’s vision and mission.

· Honour

All Faculty citizens should work with full trust and sincerity to be respected and acknowledged by all parties in or out of the Faculty.

· Integrity

Always foster and practise good culture and moral values in each duty and responsibility performed.

· Teamwork Spirit

The spirit of Teamwork is important in achieving the Faculty’s purpose while creating a conducive and respecting-one-another working environment.

· Resolute

Ensuring continuous excellent working culture, resolute and highly dedicated where the culture becomes a catalyst in glorifying the baccalaureates amongst the Faculty citizens.

· Devoted

Devotion towards students, organization and society should be practised by all Faculty members in order to up-grade the Faculty image.

· Quality Culture

The results of research, teaching and learning as well as a quality service can up-grade the Faculty image at the local, national and international level.

· Technology-friendly

In the efforts of moulding its own image, appropriate with the rapid growth of technology, the progressive efforts to empower technology should be made a working culture as an effort to increase excellence in all Faculty members.
