FPPP is always committed in providing customer’s satisfaction as follows:

Programme Information

Prospective customers receive information regarding Academic Study before semester begins.

Education, Training and Advisory Service

Our aim is to provide a conducive learning and teaching environment. Academic programmes should fulfil the credit requirements approved by UPNM Senate and are implemented according to the planning procedure prepared with the help of academic advisory service by a qualified Academic Advisor.

Security and Secrecy

Customer’s personal information and academic information will be managed with security based on university and public service correspondence and rules.

Award

Operational customers who have fulfilled academic programme passing requirement and have been verified by UPNM Senate shall be awarded with a Bachelors Degree in the field registered.

Customer’s Complaint

Customer’s complaint that is not subjected to a third party will be solved not more than seven (7) working days from the received date of complaint.
