Mission
UPNM is committed to delivering excellence in service to the nation as a premier Defence University in leadership and professional development, the creation and dissemination of knowledge, the application of defence science and technology, and policy research.
Objective

To establish a strong and balanced foundation in Humanities, Management, Science, and Technology, and to nurture intellectual excellence through teaching, learning, research, and scholarship at the international level.
