When the opportunity arises, the community comes forward seeking answers.
31 JANUARY 2026 | PUTRAJAYA: Jom Masuk Universiti (JMU) 2026, Premier Zone recorded an extraordinary turnout, officially kicking off the national JMU 2026 roadshow. The program, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) in collaboration with UPNM, was officiated this afternoon by YB Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir, Minister of Higher Education.
Over the four-day event, 62 booths involving public and private universities, polytechnics, community colleges, and government agencies provided students and parents with clear information about higher education pathways.
The presence of the Minister and the message conveyed sent a clear signal: the nation has never underestimated the abilities of our children. Every child has unique potential that needs to be understood, guided, and given opportunities according to the most suitable pathway.

In line with this, UPNM Vice-Chancellor, Lt. Jen Datuk Wira Arman Rumaizi bin Haji Ahmad, reminded that higher education is not merely a destination, but a journey that requires the courage to learn, the wisdom to evaluate, and the dedication to shape oneself.
This is the role of Jom Masuk Universiti (JMU): a safe space for students to ask questions without fear, and for parents to obtain clear information before making major decisions about their children’s future. It is where education policies are translated into reality for the people—without confusion and without assumptions.
