This collaboration transcends a mere exchange of documents; it reflects a mutual commitment to developing a Diploma in Nursing Program that will provide structured, professional pathways for more students to enter the healthcare sector. At the core of this initiative lies a greater aspiration: to strengthen the nation’s healthcare workforce with individuals who possess not only high-level skills but also integrity and a spirit of service.
As a UPNM30 Special Project under the Senior Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Strategic Development), this program also focuses on expanding educational access, particularly for high-potential students from B40 backgrounds. Ultimately, the objective is to produce more than just graduates—it is to cultivate individuals who will stand on the front lines, making a tangible impact on human lives.
This initiative exemplifies how the UPNM30 vision is translated from strategy into opportunity, and ultimately, into service for the nation.
